Aunt Ellen's Fudge

  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb confectioners sugar
  • 4 squares of chocolate mixed with one tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  1. Mix ingredients in order given.
  2. Spread into buttered 8 x 8 pan.
